Bayward Growth Assessment Privacy Notice
Summary: Bayward Growth uses assessment and onboarding responses to evaluate and deliver the services a business requests. We do not sell this information or use it for unrelated third-party advertising.
Information we collect
We collect the contact, business, workflow, sales-process, systems, scheduling, integration, and implementation information you choose to submit. The service also creates analysis and implementation estimates from those answers and records limited technical and security information needed to operate and protect the service.
Do not submit passwords, authentication codes, Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, payment-card data, medical records, or other regulated or highly sensitive personal information through these forms.
How we use information
- Evaluate operational and customer-acquisition workflows.
- Prepare internal analysis, recommendations, proposals, and implementation plans.
- Configure and support services you authorize.
- Communicate about the assessment, onboarding, security, and the business relationship.
- Prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, maintain records, and meet legal obligations.
Service providers and disclosure
Bayward Growth uses infrastructure, hosting, database, authentication, and email-delivery providers to operate the service. They process information for Bayward Growth under their applicable contractual terms. We may also disclose information when required by law, to address fraud or security, in a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards, or when you direct us to do so. We do not sell assessment or intake responses or disclose them to unrelated companies for their own advertising.
Retention
Unengaged or closed assessment records are scheduled for deletion after 180 days unless a legal, security, dispute, or business-record need requires longer retention. Records connected to an active client relationship may be kept during the engagement and for up to 24 months afterward, then deleted or de-identified unless another obligation applies. Short-lived abuse-prevention counters are scheduled for deletion after two days, and security-event records after 400 days. These periods may be shortened when appropriate or extended when required by law, contract, litigation hold, or a documented security investigation.
Security and access
Bayward Growth uses measures designed to limit access, including server-side database credentials, administrator authentication and allowlisting, row-level database security, encrypted network connections, restricted request fields, security headers, and expiring one-time onboarding links. No Internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and requests
You may request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with your business, subject to identity verification and legal or operational exceptions. Use the Bayward Growth contact information in your proposal, service agreement, or normal business correspondence. We may need to retain a minimal record of the request and our response.
Children and geographic scope
This business service is not directed to children. It is intended for authorized representatives of businesses operating in the United States. Contact Bayward Growth before submitting information subject to a specialized privacy or security regime.
Changes
We may update this notice as the service or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes affecting existing client information will be communicated through an appropriate business channel.
Contract controls: A signed service agreement or data-processing addendum may provide additional terms. If those terms conflict with this notice, the signed agreement controls to the extent stated there.
